Job Summary:

As a Tech Support Specialist at Specimen Tracking Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by guiding interns, managing technical documentation, optimizing web content, and assisting with product research. Your expertise will help enhance our tracking solutions while supporting sales and customer success teams with accurate technical insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide interns in sourcing and evaluating tech products.
  • Supervise the creation and editing of user manuals and product videos.
  • Optimize website content with proper SEO keywords to enhance visibility.
  • Prepare and review technical documents and presentations.
  • Manage and update the knowledge base to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure timely updates and uploads of products on the website.
  • Conduct product research to assist the sales team in addressing customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to research and evaluate technology products.
  • Written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentations.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for website optimization.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
